the Battle for the World Economy

The economy is connected with politics. As a result, when many problems of economy appeared, there would be a lot of viewpoints from many different kinds of theory.

Take the time after world war for example, namely great depression; many courtiers had serious trouble in economy. The economist not only find out some method to solve the problems but also want to know which is main reason for this great depression

The English economist whose name is John Maynard Keynes thought that before the end of world war; many countries manufactured too many products. Although, they might earn a lot of money that time because the war made them lacked of goods and materials, after the war, the demand was not so strong any more so there would be so many products that no enough ones wanted to buy them.

According to this reason, John Maynard Keynes thought that government had to enforce some strategy to solve the problems.

On the other hand, his friends, also an English economist whose name is Friedrich Hayek had an opposite viewpoint. John Maynard Keynes thought that government had to intervene economy. However, Friedrich Hayek thought that if government intervene the economy, the government would have to too much power to control the other ways of the country.

He thought that all kind of phenomenon in economy is natural, including good or bad, and the market would adjust and balance them for themselves. The government doesn’t have to intervene economy.

After all, in the other period, there was also different kind of problems, and the economist in that would bring up their opinions. Good or not, all of them would be tested and verified after the end of enforcing these strategies.




Second part：what I has learned in the DVD

I think it is reasonable that there are a lot of theories from all kinds economist. Nonetheless, none of them are true or false. No body knows what happened before taking any strategy. What they can do is just assume the result.

I believe there is no really solution that doesn’t have any defect. Take John Maynard Keynes and Friedrich Hayek for example. John Maynard Keynes thought that government had to enforce some strategy to solve the problems.

I think it can solve problems efficiently in the beginning. However, as government control more power, it may become authoritarianism finally.

On the other hand, Friedrich Hayek thought that all kind of phenomenon in economy is natural, including good or bad, and the market would adjust and balance them for themselves. It would not be authoritarianism finally. However, if anybody just wait for adjusting of market that none will knows when will be better in economy.

the anniversary celebrations of CK

This weekend is the anniversary celebrations of our senior high school. I woke up at six o’clock on the Saturday morning, because I had to take the bus before seven o’clock this morning so that I could appreciate the show of matching into the arena. They usually had some special idea which other school is afraid to do that. On the other hand, the red building has been for one hundred years. I think there will be something special to celebrate it. Finally, I want to buy some memento of our school.

There were still very interesting in this celebrations. Unfortunately, I could not buy any memento I want, because they sold out so quickly.

the openning ceremony of small MeiChu...

Last weekend, our department holds the MeiChu match with another three departments of NCTU or NTHU. The opening ceremony took place in the Friday night. Although there were a lot of people to join the ceremony, most of them were from our department. The weather was so cold that other people didn’t want to leave from the dorm. However, there was not Internet in our dorm in this night. Everybody was so boring; they went to join this ceremony. In the beginning, we prepare the dragon and lion dancing. It was not as same as what we usually expected. They wear the skirt after the first step and do some special dance. After the acts perform, we played some games. My roommate and I took part in the game and won the game finally. The award is accessories of Wii. Nonetheless, both of us don’t have Wii, so it is useless for us.

the meteor...

Last week, the meteor shower happened. In the past, when we live in Taipei, this is not our business. Because there is a serious light pollution in Taipei, it is difficult for us to observe any star in the normal. However, it will not be happened in HsinChu. You can see a lot of star though it is winter now. On the other hand, all of us are impossible to live with our classmate, so it is not easy to make an appointment in the midnight. I remember that day was very cold. We went to the top floor to enjoy the meteor. Unfortunately, the wind in HsinChu is stronger than we had imagined. Everyone who was on the top floor shivered. This problem was not hard to solve because all of us live in the same building. As a result, we went back to our room and take some newspaper, mattress, and bed quilt. Finally, we lay down on the floor by mattress directly. Then we can concentrate on observing meteor without tired. We had chat at the same time until about two o’clock. And then we went to the convenient store all together. It is tired of most all of us. Nonetheless, I think it will be scarce opportunity if we still live in Taipei.

After midterm exam...

After midterm exam, there is another beginning in my life. The result of the exam is so bad. However, most of subjects are just as same as what we learn in senior high. Unfortunately, I still cannot do well on them. From now on, I want to find an appropriate way to handle all of them. Spending the fewest time to do the most things I can. I should study all of which the teacher had taught that day in the evening or afternoon on the same day. I don’t want to put off the things I should finish immediately to another day. For the other one, I want to take a new plan for using computer. Except for writing the novel or blog, I have to spend more time finishing the music. I think this work will be more important than the others. Nonetheless, I still should not turn on the computer before finishing all of my study. After all, there are still a lot of things waiting for me, but I think the schoolwork is still the most important thing of all. Working hard and still doing the best I can.

this time when I went back to Taipei...

This weekend I went back to Taipei again. There are not special reasons, just because I have mid-term exam next two weeks and I would not go back to Taipei until the last week in November. As usual, I went back on Saturday morning. The weather in Taipei was worse than in HsinChu. However, it was not the reason which made me upset during this weekend. When I went pass our elementary school, I found that our school has been torn down for more than a week. I don’t know the reason why this work has to do. The front gate of our school has been disappeared. Nonetheless, the other classrooms still exist. I think I will to ask someone who knows about this event and help me understand the reason about this work. On the other hand, another bad news made me angrier than the first one. There was only a kingstone bookstore in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, this only one bookstore has already closed down several days before. I used to go to that bookstore twice a week when I was a junior and senior high student. As a result, I have fewer places that I could go when I am in Taipei.

The hectic life...

It is the second month since I have been HsinChu. Everything is alright except for the hectic life. I have to skip class in order to finish the homework. However, there is not so much homework that I should skip the class. In fact, I don’t like to do the homework in the evening. There are a lot of activities of my club in each evening. For example, I have to go to guitar class of the guitar club on Tuesday, practice guitar and go to the digital music class on Wednesday, even go to practice with soccer team of our department on Thursday. On Monday, there are not any activities I have to go. Nevertheless, we have to do the experiment of physics in the afternoon. There is not a plan which said what time we can finish the task. If we want to leave the lab, we can do nothing but finish all of the statistics which an teaching assistant requested. The last time some groups even left the lab after eight thirty in the evening. As a result, we can’t take any plan during this time. On the other hand, I get up early every day. What I want to do is save more time. Except for practicing basketball, I still want to take more time to study something, such as design, art or music. In the beginning, I have planed that I will go to NTHU night market twice a week. Nonetheless, I found that I don’t have the time to do that. I try to do my best to learn everything that I can’t before, but I will be much tired than I imagined.

a lot of homework....

This week, our department went to camp for three days. It is the first time that all of our department go out to take some activities. However, there is a lot of homework which we have to bring in this week. Some of them have to be finished each week. For example, we almost every week has some physics experiment and chemistry experiment. It is easy for us to handle these tools, but the statistics which are from the experiment is difficult to solve and draw the chart. On the other hand, Calculus has the homework that is appointed by the calculus center. Most awful for us is the experiment preparation report. In our high school, we had the same homework before the experiment. And our teacher even asked us for draw the entire step on the paper at that time. Nowadays, our teacher doesn’t ask for these things any more. Nevertheless, we have much more times than before. As a result, each week, we have more and more homework than we imagined.

study partner?

It a normal night, there is a roommate coming to me and telling something will be happened. He didn’t explain the detail, just told that I have to draw cuts on the first floor. I don’t know about anything about that. However, I went to there and I understand why all of us have to there. We had to find the study partner in other department. It was fun I think. We will exchange out email our MSN. And then chat about anything we can. Nevertheless, the things after exchanging MSN are just our decision. There were many stories occurred. I think all of these processes are new for us. How to strike balance between friend and the other thing else is the important thing for us to think. I hope it will smooth going and we can enjoy in it.

new schedule...

This week, I start to get up early and play basketball before eating breakfast. However, I spend more than two hours every night. As a result, I always get to bed later than the day I had been at home. I have a lot of work to finish before turning off the computer. Furthermore, I put the computer on the table which is on my bed when I was asleep. Hence, I can turn on the computer whenever I want. I hope I can still train every morning and get to bed earlier. On the other hand, I start to study after class these days. The fist thing I have to overcome is English. All of the textbooks are written by English. And the textbooks are thicker and much more expensive than I imagine. Fortunately, nowadays, I still have enough time to study. Nevertheless, all of activities will begin and after that I have to plan the schedule carefully. I hope everything will be alright.

new life...

It has been about two weeks since I left for HsinChu city. I will be there for four years. The day I went to HsinChu was a normal Saturday. There are so many activities that I should go there before the beginning of the semester. First day, I prepared all of the things I need in where I will live. Everything was better than I imagine. And the night of the first day, I want to the night market and the HsinChu train station. All of the famous book store and department store is there. However, the best computer mall is near our school. The next two days, I took part in the activities which can greet new arrivals. And after that, there will be a lot of club waiting for us. And before the final decision, everything will be possible.

the end of the summer vacation

This is the end of the summer vacation. The plan that I want to achieve had been finished during these days. However, the number of days is lower than I had expected. I still think it is enough for me to develop my skill. I have run and played basketball everyday since the beginning of the summer vacation. I want to do a lot of trains. And I really make it. On the other hand, my computer had broken out for almost a month. It is the worst news for me. Most of the plan has to use the computer. Fortunately, I tried many things that are new for me. And after my computer fixed many plan would be finished. However, the new semester will begin. I will not be at home next four years. As the result, I have more time for me to use. I hope I can learn more things that I have not tried. I don’t know everything in the future. More challenge will wait for us.

This summer vacation...

There are more than 30 days after the beginning of the summer vacation. I had many plans that I want to achieve during this two months. A new novel about trusts and treat that I write almost every days. I try hard to finish it, but I still can’t follow the achieved percentage of scheduled progress that I have expected. On the other hand, the first song I cooperate with my partner will be finish before the beginning of the semester. I have composed the song and my partner write down the lyrics or words of a song. I used to do all of them by myself. This is new try for me. I believe it will let me get better. Finally, the plan I proud most is that the train I do every days, basketball and running included. Fortunately, there are still about 30 days before the end of summer vacation. I have to word hard and achieve the entire goal I plan.

Problems are opportunities in disguise

Problems are not always bad for us. What matters most is how turn them into opportunities. I have an experience when I was a basketball player in CDB. During the winter, all of my teammates practiced every day and prepared for the new season. No one could relax expect for me. I hurt my ankle when I have visited GuoJinShan. I could do nothing but watch they played basketball every day. I was upset because I could not do anything to help my teammates. I even thought I would not be a member of our team any more. Nevertheless, though my ankle injured, my hand still could shoot the basketball. As a result, I asked our coach for some space to practice shooting only. Thus, I do the same practice until I recovered from my injury. Thanks to these days I practiced shooting only. I had better　shooting average　than before. If I hasn’t been injured that winter, I would not have spent so much time practicing shooting, which helped me make much more progress than I had expected. Problems are opportunities in disguise. Every time when we get some trouble, some different idea will appear. Learn to follow them and the problem will become a new opportunity.

where amazing happened

The NBA playoffs have played for a week. I cannot do something but admit that is will be the best of NBA playoffs this year. Something surprising happened last week. Most important of all is that the suns lost straight games for the first series of Spurs. On the NBA official web also has an article that talked about this series. There are no team in NBA history has come back from three games down to win a playoff series. On the other hand. Lakers take a 3-0 series lead. It would be something I want. However, my recent life is so busy that I cannot watch every game of Lakers. Studying is still more important than the others. There will be about 60 days before the CCE. Before the exam, there will be the final exam and graduation ceremony. When all of them are finish, there will be the next stage of our life. We have to put more emphasis on plan our schedule and learn how to adjust the life without going to school.

It ‘s about one month before we graduate. Some one was sure that they would study in which university next. However, most of all still have to prepare the next exam. As a result, our teacher asked them to take a seat in the back of classroom and they have to do all of the clean work until graduation. On the other hand, our graduate disc has been finished last week. It’s put many small videos together which is about our life and some special character of our classmate. It has been finished with many people who have some professional specialty about making a video. In the future, there will be more activities in our class. Such as the concert which Lee had said that he would hold. He prepares it and practice guitar every day. He is one of the people who was sure that which university they will study. He is so relax that some people envy him. Of course, all of us will be free in this summer.

New President...

Yes. It has been more than a month since I adjusted the new style of my life. I gradually get used to the new life. I want my life will be as simple as possible. However, last week some unexpected news happened. First of all, our president decides to advance the date of retiring. Every student in our school was surprised. Some were happy; some took some action to support our principal. Others wonder that why he make this decision so incautious. There is much hearsay in our school. Even some one said that he would be minister after next month. That will be interesting. Nevertheless, no one knows for sure. Maybe we will know the truth when he gets the new work.

rehabilitation for a knee injury

This NBA season will be over next months, and then the playoffs will begin. However, there is no team being sure it could play playoffs in western. In comparison with, some teams are sure that they won’t playoffs after this season ending. By the way, Shaun Livingston , the Los Angeles Clippers guard, has seriously injury last season. I read some news about this happen on the magazine before. Nevertheless, I had not known how serious he got. Surely, the video about the accident has posted on the YouTube. I searched and watched this evening. Then, I finally understand why Shaun Livingston already has 13months rehabilitation but still cannot go back to the court. This accident happened after the end of lay-up. There is no one stand near him. However, he hurt his knee by falling down and breaks off cord. He is the one of the important players in the Los Angeles Clippers. As the result, the team cannot play as well as used to. And I hope we can see the Shaun Livingston backing to the court after rehabilitation next season.

the next goal...

It’s over. It’s over. I’m sorry about the result of CEE. There is not any excuse for me to explain how bad it happens. Harder I used to study, worse grade result of the subject. I want to find out the reason why there are every worse than I could image. I think I’m such self-confident that I usually thought if I really want to reach the goal and I will get it. Unfortunately, it proved that it didn’t accomplish just like what I want.

I shouldn’t always believe there would be a miracle when I need it. All I have to do is prepare enough for whatever it occur. Every time when I got the bad job for my exam. I always told myself that just for the bad luck. Nevertheless, it is useless to say something about the bad news. I think, for these several months, I can do is to adjust the study schedule and I have some power to urge to concentrate on preparing the exam.

There are about four months before the CEE. During these months, there will be some great events such as graduation ceremony. Our class also has to make the video of graduation that I think I might like to join in. Of course, I could not spend too much time on the extracurricular activities. I should reduce the time of writing and playing basketball also. I know it is difficult for me to adapt the life, which I have never imagined.

Yes, it is the finally opportunity for me to make progress a lot. I have to find out what I had lost first. Correct it and make progress step by step. I believe I can do it if I could follow the plan which I make. It is awful for the bad result. If I don’t want to make it happens again, I can’t do nothing but work harder.

This afternoon, it had been warmer than used to be and the sun appeared. As the result, I should be glad due to the good weather. To contrary, I was upset owing to the lower study pace. The few days remain I know, but I don’t know whether I would be ready for the CEE. Practice and do more practice. I think I should follow the pain step by step at least in these days. I haven’t played basketball for about a week. it is hard for me to put up with the day without basketball. If tomorrow is sunny day, it will be another temptation for me. To do and not to do is a big problem. After all, tomorrow is the last day I can make good use of. The day after tomorrow I will have to go to the place where a test is given, that is, our school. That will take me about two hours on transportation.

don't give up

By the tomorrow coming, the first week of winter vacation will have been over. This week, though, the weather keeps me always being home. I still feel something empty in these days. Few minutes earlier, our school website announced our grade of last semester. Nonetheless, no one will care about it. I get up at eight o’clock with tired every day. It is always too cold that I don’t have any motive power to study hard. In order to solve this problem, I do some indoor exercises each time when I feel cold. Being in good condition, you will study more efficiently. I could have been studied for three or four hours without taking a break in the morning. However, I have to take a nap after eating lunch with a view to saving energy and continue studying afternoon. Despite few article being posted on other blog, I still spend some time to surf them. After all, I still want to not waste more time on the useless activities.

countdown...

This is fourth day after the last semester being over. We can’t do anything but study all the day during this winter vacation. Most of my classmates study at the class of our school everyday. And our teacher sometimes would be there with an eye to keeping from distracting. In spite of more concentrating could get if you study at school, more time wasting on commuting is not worth. I try to get up early everyday and I really do so. Nevertheless, I can’t get to bed earlier than I expected. I usually play computer in the midnight. Even more, I can’t put up with the life without computer. It is the big trouble I know. If I want to adjust my life to the best way, I have to do my best so as to get rid of the bad habit.

be recovered to health

It is second week of January. There will be final exam next week. Nevertheless, everybody think that CEE is more important than it. Most of people put emphasis on preparing CEE instead of final exam. The weather isn’t fine this weekend. Temperature is getting lower and lower. I can’t go anywhere but stay home and study all day long. Not like being junior high student, I waste a lot of time commuting. This is the reason why I couldn’t play basketball after studying everyday as like past. Therefore, the time I play basketball on the weekend is more than ever. However, I still feel uncomfortable because of lack of exercising. I think I will be recovered to health and I hope I have so much energy that I couldn’t feel tired everyday. After adjustment of this weekend I believe that will happened.

New Year Countdown Night...

After I got up, it was Jan 4^th. It has been four days after the New Year Countdown Night. Everything is fun and the fireworks of Taipei amazed us again this year. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold that I had been sick for four days.

This year is special for us. The CEE will be take place on next month. Most of us cannot overdo. Someone even stayed home and studied for examination nonstop. To take balance, we wouldn’t go to concert but watched fireworks instead. We didn’t too far from our home. Just finding a good spot to wait for it. The number of people was far from we expected. It didn’t seem like that it was at the midnight. Everybody count downed when the light of Taipei 101 going out. And shouted with the fireworks taking place. It had happened for about three minutes. Finally, everyone applauded for the special performance of Taipei 101.

And then, we went for our junior high school. Surprisingly, our school turned on all of the light in the campus rather than closed the door. Some played firecrackers, some played the play and some even played basketball. We strolled around the school and recalled every thing had happened. Older we get, more childish we had been.

And then, I had got a cold and slept for three days….
