Be Quiet as Possible as I Can

It is the second week on December which has been a month after acquiring the offer. I had attempted to slow down the tempo of the daily life, both for working time and the free time. Moreover, I also require making the new plan for the rest of the life in current work, or on the other words, the last month. The most significant issue in this month is the performance evaluation which is completely connected with the bonus in the end of the year. Thus, keeping quiet as possible as I can and try hard to avoid emotional expression, at least for the next two week. After the next two weeks, there will be the second stage of the strategy which would be able to express more unsatisfied for the current situation.

Fortunately, in the fourth quarter of this year, the entire company and group have focused on the Jupiter cost reduction project which increased many unbelievable quantity of work every day. For most employees, it would become the vast challenge for the arrangement, though these works just fill the blank time released after the one-year training for me. The tempo in entire company messed up also. I tried to work harder because I don’t want to let the others know the difference of me. I could undertake more works and executed deeper due to no concern for me to think of the power maintaining issue. On the other hand, I had begun sort out the files and mails processed for the previous three years. I merely reserve little amount of these memorized-worthy data, and most of them have been deleted after severely checked. I have also finished the handover list and files which make me feel ready for the leaving.

Works Recollection

I hope it won’t be the last free time in my life, but it is still necessary to plan the enjoyable lifestyle at this moment. As the end of the courses and the preparation for the newly data, the remaining tasks in hand have become much fewer than previous. I don’t merely focus on the technique research any more, but the daily life will be able to contain more factors and elements in the future. However, most important of all is still try to go outside as possible as I can. On the other hand, the creative work was a mainly hobbies in the school career as well, including writing novels in the senior high and composing the music in the university. Even, the visual creation consisted the hand drawing and computer graphic in the recent years. In these four-day holidays, I made two afternoons for arranging my previous creative works. Furthermore, I wanted to build the new platform which can motivate the further action afterward.

The first collection is the article and novel which was initiated from the first time I wrote the reasoning novels in the elementary school. It was the only type of novel I had read. Afterward, I started to write the different full-length novel for each period in my life, though I still don’t like the literature at that time. However, in the senior high school, the wretch had born and a vast amount of people began to post the articles on the blog relevant diverse issue and material. I also started to try the different style, such as prose, poet or even lyrics. I always believe it had built the adequate foundation for the music creation in the next period. Unfortunately, the too many articles had been produced in several years, but I hadn’t made the good arrangement. Besides, I had created the new novel style which consists of the obscure meaning in the story. They have become the major collections for the new platform, but I am still willing to try more type in the future.

Got the New Job

Due to the overly negative attitude dealing with the fundamental and foresight improvement of the current corporation, I had decided to submit resume for seeking the next new job immediately. Fortunately, the major development direction and strategy of the career planning had been built since two years ago. In this strategy, I require to extend the vision by crossing the electricity and programming fields. Thanks to the research and project implement experience, the gap between individual domains is still acceptable for me. Thus, for past two years, I have already spent plenty of time on studying, training and the resume preparing. It is really close to finish this plan completely on the October. As a result, after the decision of seeking the new job immediately, I had spent much less time on preparing these resume, autobiography and project collection than expected.

In the end of October, I opened the resume and related information on the particular human resource bank. In the beginning, I merely wanted to test the market requirement, but after opened several days I had already received a vast amount of the phone call and email from the distinct corporations. Afterwards, I had ruled out the corporations irrelevant to the mechanical and electrical integration and chosen the friendly locations. Finally, I had arranged the interview for the three corporations which focusing on the automatic equipment development and I had got the offer from all of them. 

Do at All Costs for Leaving

Eventually, the decision has already been made in the beginning of this month after the deep consideration. A vast amount of data had been collected provided the useful information for the further evaluation and judgement. However, though, I had known the objective fact derived from the data collected above. The most temptation for the current job is still the shorter working the hours and the already built habit and working pattern. Once, there might be new kinds of the automation project opportunities which were likely to plan, but it still become more and more blurred as the time pass away according to the management policy. On the other hand, the unreasonable cooperative culture and the incomplete career development are the last straw that crushed the camel. In order to expand the wider vision both for potential technique and efficiency management, I really think I am supposed to try the new opportunities, or I might lose the most valuable status in my life and would get the regret in the future. Luckily, there are still three months until the lunar new year when is the next step in my plan. I believe I still have enough time and resource to gain my capabilities.

The first thing I had done after my decision is to post my resume on the website of the human resource bank. Although, the time is still waiting for me, I was still afraid of losing the chance due to my negligence. I only focus on the specific job I considered I can serve as currently. By receiving the invitation, I am able to understand the trend of the market further and increase more experience of interview. Moreover, I wish I am able to make the adjustment of the training schedule following the industrial demand.

Slow Down

Fortunately, for the long period since I graduated from the school, I would be fairly close to the end of the three years study project eventually. The study project which I had planned in the beginning of taking the first job composes the three major field including mechanic, electric and computer science due to the strongly requirement during developing several products. Even though I was not supposed to be unfamiliar with these three major domains, I still couldn’t learn the essential knowledges with related application deeply due to insufficient practical instances in the environment. In the first year, I had focused on the issue relevant to the traditional electrical motor. I had read a vast amount of textbooks following the daily working experience. Afterward, the third year, I attempted to change the direction toward the computer science and programming which was also coordinated the courses we assigned to participate. After such long-term three years period, entire actions inclusive of studying on the text books and implement the actual projects made us acquire considerable experience and knowledge associated to those specific issue. And what should I do currently are likely to slow down the tempo in the life.

Since I had entered the university, I would plan the yearly learning schedule for specific semester. For the four year college period, I planed the music, movie, philosophy, psychology, and history. For the next two years in the graduated school, I studied and practice the art, sociology and law. After leaving school, except the engineering, I had also studied the other subject including the financial, economy and management. 

Stay or Leave?

Eventually, the three years RDSS period had been finished last month. It is the check point for us to inspect the acquisition from the work in the three years and analyze the advantage and disadvantage of this job. Obviously, for a vast amount of colleagues, it would be the point for them to make the decision whether stay here or not in the future. The best advantage working here is the acceptable working hours where I had merely worked overtime once in the entire three years. On the other hand, the deeply and useful knowledge of mechanic and management are able to acquire during conducting several projects. For the first year, we had focused on the technique of mechanical design including drawing, estimation of dimension and considered the manufacturing process also. In the second phase, we had taken over the simulation tasks which required evaluating and analyzing the geometry and dimension of each specific part by simulation with given external mechanical conditions. Furthermore, I started to lead the new product development projects which I was not only able to acquire the entire process of plan and manufacturing but also gain the experience of coordination with distinct groups of people.

In the beginning of the third year, I thought that I was supposed to change the environment to acquire the manufacturing and site knowledge. Consequently, I asked for transferring to another division and I exactly expanded my vision when dealing with different matter indeed. Though, the tempo and environment of the new work is enjoyable so far, I still think I should plan the long-term schedule for the future.

Participate the One-Year Programming Training

After six months, eventually, the first phase of the programming course in National Taipei University of Technology authorized by our corporation had been finished currently. It has been a one-year project in order to cultivate the specialists in charge of the manufacturing process upgrade with several approaches inclusive of automatic control and artificial intelligence. The first phase from February to August mainly introduced the fundamental theory of computer science such as the C/C++ programing, data structure, and algorithms relevant to the artificial intelligence. A vast amount of programming homework required to be submitted every week which had occupied enormous my working time. However, the sense of accomplishment and pleasure derived from the competition with classmates of solving the challenging issue which urged us to make the remarkable improvement.

Consequently, after the first phase finished, we will focus on the applied issue on the second step major in cloud computing, embedded system and mobile development which will be likely to be employed in the plant upgrade as well. 

People Always Following the Music

It was nearly the exhausted end of the filming all day long. We had eventually arrived at the stage outside the most familiar club building for capturing the most valuable scene of the rock band performance in this film. The large amounts of musical instrument obviously required in the scenario which had taken us for the long time we always were able to expect. The obscure path nearby the stage we preparing is a significant route between the one of the major dormitory and restaurant. Several people went through here during the preparation of the instrument setup. We also made some tones or the melody to testify whether or not the instrument operated smoothly. Some of the people went through the stage heard the music we had played and tested, and then they sit down on the stands directly. I hadn’t been ensure whether or not they thought it was the actually performance by our club. Indeed, we were really not care about that because we were already familiar with audience enjoying our performance every time. Consequently, we had started filming this scene and there had been gathered a vast amount of audiences and both of us exactly enjoy in this unusual moment!

Visited on The Other Sides

After one day stayed in the Hvar, we set off for another distinctive destination in this journey. Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina is located in the inland of Balkans which is relatively much more mysterious and attractive. The time required for the long distance between the Sarajevo and Hvar was fairly worth obviously. In 1999, after the dead of Tito and the Dissolution of the Soviet Union, each of the country in Yugoslavia strongly wished to be independent from the outdated Union. Slovenia had achieved the objective first smoothly without enormous opposition and war from the government. The Croatia was also indenpent several years later luckily. Unfortunately, however, the independence in Bosnia and Herzegovina had encountered dramatic obstacle within their own country during the period. The country consists of three major races, such as Bosnians, Croats and Serbians which belong to different religions. The intersection cross the different races was fairly inseparable and commonly. Nevertheless, the Serbians hadn’t been willing to be separated from the Serbia, so the civil war had launched since 1992. Go though over three years, the serious damage was in the Bosnia and Herzegovina, particular in the Sarajevo.

We had spent over four hours arrived the city exhausted without the freeway and it was near evening. We went to the hotel directly where located in the suburbs. There were few building and residents around the hotel which had been built completely less than one year. The sky was dark and the atmosphere was not in common with the other city in Europe we had visited previously. We won’t go anywhere outside the hotel at night since it was too far from the downtown.

How About The Next?

After three years RDSS life, it will be the time to rethink the new plan relevant to the work and life. Reviewing the period in research and development department, it had taken the good balance between the skill learning and acceptable work time. From simulation to the design the detail of the parts, a vast amount of knowledge had not been understood when I was at the school. The unique section we were not satisfied was the miserable factory support for the new sample manufacturing. By the way, the first two years I lived in the dormitory in the corporation, I had focus on several issue such as the electric knowledge, painting, and so on in the free time. However, at the present, we don’t have adequate time and opportunities without target any more.

In order to move on the next step both for work and family, something is supposed to be take out and the life should require only focus on the meaningful works. For the works, I had attempted to demand the higher manager transfer me to another department for the fresh challenge. Consequently, I had been transferred to the Quality Assurance department where I had completely unknown what are the daily works here. Initially, what I had been looking forward to was able to comprehend the manufacturing process thoroughly. In the design division, a sort of cognition merely relied on the content in the textbook. For several routine affairs which were related to the customer complaint and quality problems, we had been changing our perspective for the essential issue. The few weeks following, the diverse affairs entered our life consisting of statistical, quality process and the other management issue. However, the major reward in this job occupation is the improvement of the English community skills. We had encountered discussion or meeting relevant to the quality issue with client from all over the world. Although, we are still good enough to communicate to each other very well, these opportunities are still unforgettable experiences for us.

Since graduated from the university, the available free time has obviously decreased in the daily life. The examination and modification the schedule arrangement have executed numerous times. The conclusion is not simply focus on the enhance efficiency, but also simplify the affair currently. However, a vast amount time coping with the matter relevant to the hobbies. I tended to choose the most significant item persisting in afterward. The English skill is the chosen one which will be emphasize on most in the future. It is simply classified the English skill as the read, write, listen and talk. In our English education system, the read is over emphasized than the other skills. We have already memorized large quantity of vocabulary and grammar. Commonly make the improvement on the solving the problems and dismantling the complete sentences. Conversely, however, the communication and conservation is probably not via these worthless approaches. Thence, the new method have employed since I had left out of the wired system.

Although, the read skills have strengthened several times formerly, it is still necessary to keep the habit of reading in English. In the beginning, I merely arranged the specific time during the night to make the regular practice. Gradually, I attempted to prepare the resource I have interests in which are likely to replace the materials I have read previously in Chinese. The listening skill is the most insufficient item in the former education system. Fortunately, more and more resources are available on the Internet and other media. The free video, TV program, or the radios, all the way above provide the useful opportunities for us to conduct the regular practice. Although, there would be obstacles initially when we have difficulties on comprehension entirely, understand the content more with the progressing will be able to gain the sense of accomplishment. Afterward, I still want to look for topic or issue to keep this habit.

The First Step of The New Trial

The robot arm is the significant role in the automatic control engineering, which consist of mechanism, electronic and programing. It is difficult to distinguish the boundary between three parts above. The industrial automatic productions demand the high accuracy and reliability requiring high costs. It is properly development the simplified model depending upon the basic theory and small scale pattern, despite we are not involve in this field. Basing on the semi-finished controller and programming library, what merely we are supposed to do is generating the creativities to think and make the model we are necessary.

The first simple trial model is based on the Arduino development kit. The servo motors required purchasing and the connection rods were made of wood and cardboard. Since the several inspire insight last year, I had attempted to launch a new expected plan for the computer science knowledge improvement. Despite the relevant club I had joined in the senior high school, how to learn deeply and connect smoothly with the other engineering application was still a significant issue afterward. I had listed the courses for self-learning selected from the computer science department. Simultaneously, I emphasized on the implementation via conduct the project solving the practical problems in the daily life. However, the academic courses which is the foundational knowledge is boring, I tended to make various adjustment as the schedule go forward based on the understanding gradually. After several months, what an amazing surprise happened, our corporation announced the new employee training development project. The complete program corporate with Taipei Tech launched since the beginning of the year.

The program has closely reached to the half after four months, there are main two sections, one is introduction of academic knowledge and the other is for the programming. This is the first time for me to receive the formal and systematic training. Although, I frequently study by myself and I have a vast amount experience in the investigation when I was a graduate student as well. The homework according following two main subjects are also distinguished different. The homework of academic knowledge is merely figure out and answers the question raised which are able to be found in the handouts easily. On the other hand, the homework of programming is actual requirement for the program implementation following the challenging examples. Reveal The Mask

The Lishan is located in the middle of the Central Cross-Island Highway, where is mysterious because it is too far from each city for each directions. We had large amounts of opportunities to visit Hualien and Nantou, but Lishan hadn’t been parts of above travel routes at all. This time, we had planned to stay here for three days. Except for the Lishan, the routes proceeded we were not familiar with. First day, we drove car to Yilan city and stayed here for lunch. However, it would take over two hours drove from Yilan to Lishan, we were not able to waste too much time here. After eating lunch and preparation for essential stuff, we went into the North cross highway which was on the same direction toward Taiping Shan. Furthermore, this way would lead us to the central Taiwan and connect with the Central Cross-Island Highway which was along with the Lanyang River and bounded with the considerable Cabbage. It was few vehicles on the road and it went through several tribes. Though, it was in the remote mountains and the roads were not too meandering. We arrived at the evening and it was for dinner in time. What we could do in the evening was to buy something in the store, despite we were very tired on this journey.

On the second day, we visited the Fushoushan Farm which is close to Lishan downtown. Lots of retired worker for central cross highway stayed here to plant orchards. Although, there cultivates large categories of fruits and flowers, each of them is according to the particular season. There are two parks here, but we still finished strolling on the morning. We went back downtown for lunch and took a little nap in the afternoon. Fortunately, there was also a serious of trails behind the Lishan hotel near the downtown. Afterwards, we still intended to visit other places though the central cross way, but the serious damaged of the road made us give up going forward. There are four directions which is corresponding to Taichung,, Nantou Hualien and Yilan. However, it takes excess two hours at least for each of the destination.

Enjoy The Competition

The day night years ago, it was still moist and cold in the air. The familiar paces appeared around rotating on the track casually. Those things belong to all that is out of soul, unconsciously, left away from us gradually. We hadn’t cherished until everything was disappeared. 

The recently, the running a lot of people hated as a child have broken into the fitness or marathon silently. I haven’t thought that the running or jogging is a part of my hobbies. However, the running had occupied the significant parts in the enlightenment of life undoubtedly. Despite, it might be the first specialty which would farewell in my life.

When I was third grade in the elementary school, I obtained the first bronze medal in the sports competition. It was also the first achievement of any specified domain. The definition of the running for me was pure which was the weapon could defeat the others. In order to enjoy the pleasure of winning, it would become one of the habits afterward.

Revisit North Cross

Since I have lived in Taoyuan, the attractions here relevant to the ocean and mountains I definitely want to seek and organize into the list. However, both of ocean and mountains are closely connecting to the Hsinchu and Taipei where I had been live in many years. The various viewpoint resources are on the North Crossroad, especially for the Lalashan where are known as the peaches production. I had been there when I lived in Hsinchu. The last time I went here by riding the motorcycle via the county road. It had taken large amount of effort for planning the route.  Fortunately, we won’t take such a long distant journey from Zhongli city and we could focus on the hiking the mountains more.

As the plan, we took the north crossroad and we could stay at any interesting viewpoints freely. We commonly stay at the Daxi, but never went further via this routine. After the Daxi downtown, there is the Cihu Mausoleum. We hadn’t stayed here, because it is too close to the Daxi downtown where we still have a lot of opportunities to visit here. The first place we had stayed is Jiaobanshan park where is also related to the Chiang Kai-shek. Due to the landscape of Daxi where is similar to his hometown, he built a guesthouse here and opened for the public after he dead. It is also the downtown of the Fuxing District that is the largest land area district in Taoyuan. Nevertheless, the downtown is located near the Daxi instead of locating on the central. Consequently, large amount of Fuxing District residents required travel long distance to here.

Receive The Previously Experience

The Taiping Shan, where is located in Yilan, is the famous mountain for traveler and climber. Due to the rich natural resource, it was the one of the three main forests to provide the woods for Japan. Thus, the traffic construction was relatively complete than the other mountains. Furthermore, the economics of Yilan at that age were influenced by this industry. Unfortunately, the strong typhoon hit last year had damaged enormous public facilities and trees. We were not able to ensure the progress of the restore prior to the departure. However, the trip was much easier which we went through the main trail instead of challenging the difficult route this time.

I hadn’t ever been there until the mountain club took a trip at there. Last time, we went through the way that few people know it, but the routine passing by two beautiful lakes on the mountain. We even encamped at one of them. It was an extremely cold night in my life. When we got up on the next morning, everything we had put outside the camp was freezing. Additional, we arrived at the trailhead on one o’clock in midnight, which made us feel tired in the beginning of the entire trip.

Preparation of The Next

On one day morning, when I was stepping in my office, I found out that there had been three knifes on my desk. After looking around the office, everyone’s desk has been put the three knives also. However, when I asked the others why it happened, no one knew it surely. These three knives are so weird which have the facial dramatic painting. It smells so awful that I believe no one is willing to cut the food by these terrible tools. The image of painting is associated with the popular tragedy in the past, such as the stuff including the flowers, trees, and blood. Does it indicate meaningful implication? Everybody wondered who have taken these mischief and what did it mean?

Afterward, we gathered several members in our office to another department to seek the truth. The different answer came from the different source. Indeed, in the past, the announcement had been sent by email when particular organization has sent the gift for entire employee in our corporation, but it hadn’t happened this time. Furthermore, some enthusiastic colleagues help us to make a call to someone who is likely to know the facts. Fortunately, no one knew it. We got back and study these weird knives.

Leaving Downtown

The attractive life pattern has been modified for three months approximately. In order to generate the additional time for the extra project, the regular daily trivia had been supposed to eliminate absolutely. Living in where far from the downtown, the environment makes our life without the secular inference. Otherwise, keeping away from the superficial media and news lead we concentrate on the merely matter what we want to follow.

Easier and relaxation life style which are enjoyable also focus on several principles we have insisted on. Strengthen the spirit at any moment is priority, which following the feeling and modification of motivation might be an appropriate strategy. Sports, music and even increasing the creativity are able to activate the life’s motion. Do something without the reason and reward might become another opinion of the attitude.
