The Entire New Step

It had been the third week since taken the new job. Though, go through the thoroughly transform both for corporation culture and working content, there would be several aspects supposed to be got used to, I still thought this time I had adapted much better than the last time obviously. Briefly speaking, I had taken part in the automation department which comprised of PLC and PC-based instrument exclusive of embedded system. Fortunately, on the platform above, I would have more opportunities to touch the control-relative issue. Additionally, there will be the widely distinct issue depend on the application I could be involved in the future. All in all, I would deal with the control programming in PLC or C#, communication, image process and even the application beyond the specific boundary.

The check-in was on the first day after Chinese holidays. I still felt nervous although I won’t the freshman in my career at this time. In the morning, anything in the fundamental introduction wasn’t special, but the welfare is much better than what I had previously such as leave, allowance and meal. I had taken into my new office after lunch break where located in the new building had finished merely two weeks ago. The environment is also much better, because of the clearer toilet, diversified store, and wider parking lot. Otherwise, the computer allocated has powerful calculating ability and the information systems are much easier to use. For above reasons, I really don’t know why I should stay in the TECO for the long-term development.

For the second day, I had launched my new own project which require to develop the software employed for collecting data and information recorded by the Servo Press Machine in the operational process which requested to written by C#. The good news for me was that the C# and pure development on the software for first task I would be more familiar with. I could construct and build the framework for the new job based on the current task. Thus, the next few days, I would arrange some time for writing the code and the other for learning the new tool and the essential subject in the control domain.

In the basic control structure contains the controller, driver and motor. The controllers also consist of different type such as the PLC-based and PC-based. Though, I think I am much more familiar with the PC program, the cases are still frequently based on the PLC nowadays. In order to comprehend deeply for my project on hand, I requested for the PLC program. I had spent the long time to figure out the content and details in the program, but it is hard to understand the trivial sections without any note of register. Afterward, I also asked for the HMI file which is the interface between user and machine. I could see how the users apply the button and how them operated correspond the register number which had been extremely helpful for me understand further.
