The technology always changed rapidly, so what popular in our childhood was sharply different from now on. Therefore, the impression of the memory would be able to represent the unique symbol. After entering the college, because we I had involved in the technical field, the technology researching might become blurred between hobbies and works, I had reduced the percentage of the free time on it. When the time I got the first job, it was still contradiction for me to determine whether or not to involve. I was in the traditional industry which is far from the technology. However, I still want to take related job in the future. I studied courses with regard to the electrical engineering and computer science. On the other hand, though, I had loved to follow the latest products of technology and new trend. But, after the mobile replaced the computer as the major icon, which product attracted me less made me lose the almost all of the enthusiasm for following the trend.

Recently, I had taken the old magazine of the technology and computer from home, which content mainly including the technique and product introduction. When I was reading these contents in regard to technique, I was only a junior high student. I merely can build the website in the friendly developmental software and assembly desktop computer with the diversified parts. Writing the code and develop the program was still the far target that time and I still didn’t have sufficient mathematic knowledge to support the further development. Nowadays, I have much more knowledge from the college and writing the program also become the major works for our daily life. I want to read this content again and I will have complete different ideas right now. On the other hand, the product introduction in that period is highly likely to disappear or not popular afterward, such as the disk, small digital camera, and traditional mobile. Above product would also become the icon of the old days.

On the other hand, the video game is another close related subject for us to memory the childhood. The first version of Play Station, I had acquired when I was on the fourth grade of elementary school, even two years earlier than I met the personal computer. Due to the pirated version of software, we had commonly possessed enormous cheap video game disk. However, mere quarter of the game I was familiar with, mainly inclusive of the racing and sports competition. The play station had released in 1999 and being classic due to great quantities of breakthrough. It was the first mainstream game machine employing the disk. Moreover, the 3D style game also had built rely on its excellent operational capability. After several years, the new version of game machine had been released again and again. The play station 2 operating with the DVD and embedded hard disk also attracted us. It was still highly famous when I was senior high student, especially for the graduated trip. At the same period, the Microsoft known as the software developmental corporation had released the X-Box which was famous for the high level hardware structure. However, the exclusive game on the X-Box won’t perform better than what on the Play Station platform. Several years later, there had been different versions of game machine released, consisted of the Wii which known for the special manipulated mode. Although, it was still lively in the market, I simply focused on the specific computer game during these years.

Recently, I had taken the Play Station and turn it again with the special method. Fortunately, it has been operating well currently. I spent lots of time on re-play each of the game I have. With the much better English comprehension, I could understand much item and content on the screen. The sports had been replaced by the computer game completely, because of the screen quality. Some 2 players and adventure game are still classical nowadays, such as the Resident Evil. When I was a child, it was the very difficult game for us. It exactly cannot complete without the manual. In order to recall the memory in the past, I have watched the complete process video on the Internet. Eventually, although I have much better racing and sports game on the computer, same features on the Play station are still irreplaceable for certain, especially for the 2 players’ battle and dance machine. I hope it can still play the important role of gaming in the future.
