The corona virus crisis has broken up since
the two months ago. Most of us have modified the plans in daily life including
both weekday and weekend. Especially for weekend, we commonly go to the diversified
places, such as department stores, bookstores, and other downtown and outskirt
area. In the current circumstance, the above activities won’t be appropriate
unless the crisis would be released. Since the event broken up, we had planned
to do several indoor activities instead. The music related and watch the movies
are the initial ones which are the existing hobbies formerly. Furthermore, I
had taken more books and video games to kill the holidays for the current
situation. In the weekday, we also changed life style at all. In the past, we
would do the different sports in each day, consists of jogging, basketball,
bicycle riding. And we also go the library, department store and downtown area
in the weekday. However, in these two months, there have been merely two things
we had done in the evening: jogging and watch the movies.
In order to enhance and shape the ideal
body, the regular sport plan has been modified and execute strictly. Six times
a week and one hour at least each time is the first target. The long distance
jogging is likely able to improve the heart and lung capabilities. And the intermittent
training is also another fiercely enhancement. For the first few weeks, we
still spend time on increasing the strength gradually and try to seek the
potential limit. We hope we can keep adjusting the training sequence to enhance
the intensity and efficiency. On the other hand, the moderate weight training
will be also put in the schedule to reach the target goal as soon as possible. In
the past, there are a vast amount of activities we can do in the daily life, so
we would exercise every day. However, the corona virus crisis restricts what we
can do every day, and I hope it would become the great opportunities for the visible
improvement.
Since April, the weather had been terrible
and it would keep us out of the play ground where was for the daily training.
Indeed, the much stronger training required gradually in recent days. Our final
goal is to reach the expected target when the corona virus is released or the
summer vacation. Initially, we have tried to play the DDR game to exercise in
the rainy day. It would be done well, but I still think it is hard to enhance
the strength only to do it. The following days, the awful weather will be
continue, so the replaceable training method would be figured out and execute continuously.
The first additional one might be the rope skipping which can exercise indoor
and perform remarkable efficiency. However, it is not interesting and difficult
to sustain the long time dynamic action. What we can solve these problems might
find the way to design the set with diversified training way; inclusive of the weight
training. I hope I still can come up with more method to do well indoor during
the rainy days.
On contrary, the outdoor training also requires
to be strengthened. Since April, the begin time will be adjusted from eight
thirty to the eight o’clock. There will be extra thirty minutes to take
advantage properly. How to make more rotation between different distances would
be the first step. Another one might be stretching the distance of each sprint
interval and reinforce the power utility. The two months had been passed and we
hope we can see the much more efficiency in the end of next step.
