Stopper

There has been one month after the beginning of this semester. I have the fewest courses in my life. However, too many things have been wanted to accomplish in the last two years. I must to rethink of my schedule each day. In a normal day, I have to spend three hours on practicing musical instruments, that is it take me whole morning time. And then, I have routine works which I need to spend more than four hours at the lab though there are no works to do. It was just started, so I hope I would get the control of these chores. Final, for club, it was still not changed for me at all.

Thus, I want to find out what would make me waste time totally. The computer using might be the biggest problem. It was not wrong for computer itself, but some temptations might coexist at the same time. As a result, I change my habit at first because I think how much time I use computer was very unstable. Sometimes, it might be under control. I have made the list of some new method for me to change my habit. I observed which time I would turn on the computer and waste time. Final, I discovered that there three parts of time I might turn on the computer and waste time.



The first is the time after I wake up which was a good habit in my collage life. I don’t know the reason, but I always think it is not necessary. So, I decide to go out as quickly as I can after I wake up. And next is the afternoon which I would take a nap each day. It would be another problem, but I think I could control it. Enter the room and then take a nap immediately. Similarly, after the nap, go out immediately. Last, the hardest one, is the time at night when I go home.
