“Why are you here?”

Last year, an unforgettable episode in the protest of labor rights forcibly took us to the field without expectation. A middle-age guy who was going close to us asked this meaningless question.

“We strongly want to protest the Capitalism. The bourgeoisie have oppressed the labor all along and they have also taken advantage of the government via illegal way. They have even earned money by ruining the environment.” we answered. He was quiet suddenly, and then kept on.

“I don’t want to conceal the truth in front of you guys. I had been the manager for the technology corporation, but I couldn’t endure the injustice thinking of the corporation in the general culture and decided to escape from them in the end. I thought that I am supposed to confront them by another way.”

“Confront them?” all of us surprising when we caught the key words.

“I created a new corporation in the same field, but I want to manage it by the spirit you were talking about.” he remarked in a statement, “I want to create a justice enterprise instead of earning money by hook or by crook.”

Everyone nodded.

“How would you do? Can we join in also?”

He was smiling, and kept talking, “Our staff can get and exchange the stock by providing the technique and labor, and thus they can get the lots of stock which was near same as the stockholder.”

“So, there weren’t the problems from oppression anymore.” everyone was satisfied with smile.

“On the other side, what will you change for this enterprise?” we kept on asking.

“In order to protect the environment and remain sustainable development, we will always use the renewable energy. For the products, we won’t to do too much process which isn’t necessary.”

“Are these green products expensive?” someone asked.

“To avoid some corporations exploiting the price to control the value. We always ensure that our prices of products are 1.5 times higher than the cost. Take the mobile phone for example; the price is just 500 dollars. ”

“It sounds great!” everybody smiled after his illustrate, “then what are we waiting for?”

“Just waiting for yours buys joining,” He took the business cards from his pocket, “but I still say something before.”

“Huh?”

“Although, the employees and shareholder get the some money, we just get 20 thousands every month per person in the beginning.”

“What is the difference between your corporation and the others in the society?” someone said angrily.

“Don’t be misunderstood. We only emphasize on no exploiting instead of high salary. Our price is fair. We hadn’t pressure on the government to take advantage. Moreover, we hadn’t use the low price power like nuclear power. Thus, our profit is much lower than other corporations. ”

“That will make our life worse.”

“Don’t worry about that. Our company provides the dormitory and meals. You can get the acceptable life in our corporation except you want a luxury life.”

“Although, the life is acceptable, it isn’t comfortable if the salary is lower than others.”

“It happens only in the beginning. According to prediction, if there will be 1/100” person in Taiwan support us and buy our products, our employee can get the 100 thousands every month.

“I believe our management model will attract the mass population.”Someone said.

“No,” the guy shook his head, “it will be the most serious obstruction,” then he took a mobile phone of his product, “in order to decrease the pollution from chemistry, we have taken out the surface processing as possible as we can. However, it won’t be popular in the market without the luxury surface.”

“Doesn’t everybody buy the product for the requirement?”

“I think it isn’t as easy as you said,” he shook his head again. “In order to make the price fair, we don’t want to waste the resource on sale and make the social topics. Thus, it is hard to attract the consumer by brand identity which is their favorite.”

“No luxury outward appearance. No additive function. No attractive topic. Don’t you buy some kinds of products?”

All of classmates shook their head.

As expected, after a month, that corporation and the other brand announce the new generation mobile phone. All people have forgotten the justice they had persisted in. They took hard to support these enterprises which have exploited the employee and have broken the environment by money and consume.
