Briefly Introduction of Motor Parts

The three degree models of computer aided design frequently have been employed for manufacturing with automatic procedure. However, the demonstrated animations are often created by another systematic member. The NURBS and Polygon have been two main three degree model drawing. 

In the mechanic engineering, the polygon had been seldom applied for product development and they had not focus on the material and light either. Fortunately, the formats between differential systematic software are available for each other. For this case, the models created in the Solidworks are able to transfer into the 3DsMax for the material adjustment and animation generation.

The main parts of the three phase induction electric motor assembling demonstration in the animation including the rotor, stator, frame, bracket, fan and terminal box with wire connection seat. The frame, bracket and terminal box are usually made of the cast iron which is cheaper, high strength but heavier. The cast iron is common in the industry instead of our daily life. The steel which is the shaft made of is another significant material. It is easier to set the proper parameter of the material because of its remarkable reflection. The stator is inclusive of the coil with realistic image pasting on the surface. Above all, two lights have been on the top to strengthen the material and space characteristic.


On the other hand, the animation have been defined each parts by position, rotation and dimension and so on. There is no exact limitation between the contacts of each part which provide more freedom of motion but it might cause several difficulties when adjustment. There are few seconds to demonstrate the simply assembling the motor with the main parts.
